01 / THE APPROACH

The right investment
starts with the
right questions.

What should you improve? Where does automation fit? And does the investment make sense?

AIQ connects three parts of the same decision: improving today’s manual processes, evaluating automation, and modeling the investment. Consider storage, picking, docks, and packing alongside technology options before committing capital.

Work from your operation’s inputs—labor, throughput, available space, and investment assumptions. Compare planning-level costs, potential savings, and payback, then use the executive report to support a supplier or leadership discussion.

02 / THE CAPABILITIES

See the operation.
Understand the options.

From the warehouse floor
to the investment conversation.

01 / PLAN

Manual operations
& storage

Explore warehouse improvement opportunities, storage choices, and racking concepts as part of the operational plan.

  • Storage and racking evaluation
  • Space and layout considerations
  • Planning-level cost estimates
02 / COMPARE

Automation
& material flow

Connect the work your operation performs to technology options and integrated solution concepts.

  • Operational flow scoping
  • Technology recommendations
  • Integrated solution evaluation
03 / JUSTIFY

Financial impact
& business case

Bring capital requirements, labor assumptions, and potential savings into the same decision.

  • Capital investment estimates
  • Labor and savings assumptions
  • Payback and executive reporting

03 / HOW IT COMES TOGETHER

A clear path to
your next decision.

One connected evaluation.
Four practical steps.

  1. 01

    Define

Describe your operation, its challenges, and the scope of improvement.

  2. 02

    Evaluate

Review relevant technologies and potential operating solutions.

  3. 03

    Model

Assess investment, expected savings, and payback using your assumptions.

  4. 04

    Communicate

Turn the evaluation into a business case for the next conversation.

AIQ supports early-stage planning. Cost estimates and recommendations should be validated against site conditions, supplier proposals, and detailed engineering before investment.
